I am writing a geography series, the Junior Geography Detective Squad, 50-state, mystery, trivia series. The way I've written the books (first one is out already and the second should be out in January if not sooner) is like a handheld game that gives the kids clues to a state. Each state will have it's own book. The clues can be obscure or generally well-known facts but in the end, everyone should know the state from the last two or three clues at least.

If you would like to host my tour, check out my blog - http://jgdsseries.blogspot.com and let me know what you think. Also, if you know other teachers who have blogs that might be interested, I would appreciate you passing the information to them as well.

The series is geared to fourth through sixth graders, but I have had third graders enjoy the first book as well as high school seniors and adults. The reviews or feedback I'm getting seem to think this is an excellent idea and that it needs to be in the schools. Please contact me at eeldering@gmail.com if you are interested or know someone who might be interested in hosting me between November 17-22. Thanks in advance -
Elysabeth Eldering,
Author of the JGDS, 50-state, mystery, trivia serieselysabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07052446855668120700noreply@blogger.com
