Linked In (It's All The Rage)

I got an invitation to join Linked In. At first I was skeptical that it was scam site (I had never heard of it). When I got looking around it seems that it is a very active and interesting site. Click HERE to see my profile. I think it is something that has the potential to help me in the future. Feel free to recommend me if you have had experience with me.

Today is the last day of Spring Break. I have really enjoyed it. I read the book Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It was an excellent book. I am currently reading the second book in the series, Catching Fire. It is pretty good so far. I need another week off so I can get caught up in reading all these books that I have had waiting on my shelf for over a year now. In fact, I just got another shipment from Amazon.com today. I laughed because I haven't even come close to reading all the books I have already ordered. Oh well- book ROCK!

I best be off. I still have two articles to read for my class which starts in about 2 hours. I have spent today writing and submitting teacher resources to a teacher community. I should sell them on Teachers Pay Teachers, but I won't (at least I don't think I will).

Anyways,

Later...

  1. grrrrr - blogger ate my response -

I said something on the lines of glad you got some reading done. I try to make it a habit to read about an hour every night before nodding off. Some nights I don't make the hour and some nghts I just don't even open the book but those seem fewer than the nights I do read.

Seems weird going back after spring break on a Thursday. My kids don't go back until Monday. But such is life. I'll see you in class in Monday and we will probably chat over the weekend some - figure out where we are going with class and all - see you in the postings - E :)
