Master's Away...

Greetings.

I would like to say that Master Level classes are very interesting. My teacher in this first class is going to very fun to work with. He is from the South and has a slight accent. It is pleasant to listen too. We were banished (the other teacher that is taking the program with me) to "Studio B", which really means shoved in the back room with a TV screen the size of the average computer monitor. It will be an interesting 2-year event, that is for sure.

As far as the school day, it went well. We went down to Main Street this morning and cheered for the Special Olympians as they carried the torch down the street. There were fire trucks and police cars. Even the High School students came and cheered. We returned to school and had a pleasant day. The Hughes Bank Finale went really well this afternoon. We watched "Night at the Museum" (I muted the one swear word- stupid movie people that but that garbage in) and sold concessions to them. We ended the day with an auction of items I provided and then what ever money was not used they simply returned to me. What a year it has been.

I guess I better get serious about my college class requirements. I will sign off so I can start reading (I think I will have to read over 1000 pages of text in the next 7 weeks! HOLY CRAP!)
so I best get started! I promise to update you soon!

Later...

  1. Sounds like you had a good day at school - and the end is in sight - only 2 days left - wahhhhh :( - I won't get to interact with the class any more - until the fall. I'm hoping you all get your package before the end of school and we can have one more session at least to say goodbye or something - E ;)
