Cats and Dogs- A CCSS ALIGNED FREE Curriculum You Will LOVE! (+Giveaway)

     So, pretty much every child loves cats and/or dogs! This amazing FREE curriculum from IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) has everything you need to teach your students about these amazing animals.

     Not only will your students learn about these animals, but they will also learn about how and why we need to take care of these fantastic creatures!

     I am pretty excited about finding this resource. I know that even though the lessons are for K-5, my 6th graders are going to enjoy the lessons and activities that are included. (The 28 page download is jam-packed with Discussion Questions, Review Sheets, Worksheets, and a Student Magazine.)

  9. My favorite pet is my blue heeler, Peanut. Shhh....don't tell my other 6 dogs! :) Yes, we own 7 dogs, but hey-we live in the country. All the kids have moved out. :)

  13. We have 7 cats, and we love them all dearly, but the 100 pound inside dog named Dugger stole my heart. He was dumped at my school almost 7 years ago and was the best thing that happened to me while at that school.
