Friends & Funny (Dependablilty)

This was sent to me with the heading of "How Warren Jeffs was REALLY caught!"
I think that that is SO funny!
Tonight's post is about FRIENDS. I don't really consider myself to have many, but those I do have mean the world to me. I don't know how I could survive without them. Most are family members, my best friend is my wife, and I have what I would consider 1 (one) really good friend. Life is designed for friends to be an important part. We aren't meant to spend life alone and apart.
Depending on someone else is something we do everyday. Think about it, you drive down the road and you DEPEND on other driver's to stay in their lane. You depend on people to do their jobs in the banks, restaurants, law enforcement. I work with my students everyday to help them gain a sense of the importance that is associated with dependability. They have a hard time realizing its importance and why they should show it and expect it from others. I work hard to try and create situations that require them to depend on each other to complete a task. I think in the long run it really does make a difference. I have a great class and we are going to go far this year.
Tomorrow is student council election day. It is going to be a crazy and HECTIC day! :) I am excited to see which students the student body chooses. The kids this year weren't all quite as aggressive as years past in their campaigning. Still been fun though.
It is getting late (after 10pm). I was able to help a friend out tonight. All I had to do was listen. I am good at that. Don't forget to tell your friends thanks for being one!
Later...
