School was school. The End!
After school, I was able to come home and FINALLY finish off my back patio that I had started last summer. We accidentally purchased twice the patio pavers we needed (So much for my math skills- LOL), so we decided to extended the patio out. We were able to enlarge it by 1/3 the size. It is HUGE now. Much more room for the family and/or friends that we have over for BBQ's and such. We were able to snuggle our fire pit in a corner and with the chair moved back the kids are in heaven. A place to ride their bike, trikes, and various other mobile toys.
The downside? MY KNEES are killing me. They are very tender from crawling on the sand for 2 hours. They will get better soon (I hope). I was even able to mow the lawn this evening. It was such a nice night. The sky was cloudy and a slight breeze was blowing. *sigh*. I REALLY wish it was summer. The kids are done, I am wanting to be done, and with testing over, the kids just don't want to do anything. But, let's not dwell on the negative. Moving on.
I am looking forward to the weekend. It is my wife and I's 10th wedding anniversary. More on that in a later post. I best get back to working on my school wiki. I hope we can convince the parents here to use the resource. (http://www.bce456.wikispaces.com/). We shall see.

Not much longer and everyone will be enjoying the patio you just completed. Sounds like a "killer" project. And congrats - 10 years - that's an accomplishment. Hope ya'll have a wonderfully fantastic weekend - E ;)
