It's always nice to have a few days off from school. I love this particular break as it gives the kids a chance to breathe, but isn't so long that they don't want to return. (At least I hope that doesn't happen!)
Today has been a great day. We have had a lot of family around as we blessed our little bundle of joy. After church everyone came to our home and we all enjoyed a wonderful dinner (thanks to everyone who brought food to share!) together. It truly is a blessing to have family and friends around. Families truly are a blessing.
Tomorrow should be a great day as well. We have planned to have a fun BBQ in the evening with my younger sister and kids, my brother and kids, parents, and my little herd. I am excited about it. Just another chance to sit down and visit with family. Oh, and work on A LOT of college class assignments! Oh well. I am going to head out so I can visit with my family while they are here.
