And We're Back...

Back from the movie...

I actually enjoyed it very much. There was one scene that was a little long on the love fest, but I was glad as I needed to step out and use the restroom. So, I didn't miss anything good! YEA! It was a much longer movie than I thought it would be, and I would give it a B+. Still pretty chick-flickish, but good action and visual effects. After dinner we went shopping (sorry Keith and Kristi for being patient AND for letting us use all your car space to haul "stuff" home! :) After shopping, we went to Famous Dave's to eat. Y-U-M-M-Y! I love BBQ and that was just good eating. We sat and visited for almost 2 hours!!! What a blessing to have good fiends to chat with. After that, we headed home. The kids were great while we were gone. They were all sleeping when we arrived and so we were able to get things put away and get to bed pretty quickly! YEA!

Back from Church...

We just arrived home from church a little while ago. It was a great day (other than having to get up early for meetings! BLAH!). I enjoyed the speakers in sacrament meetings and I was also able to get everything else done that I needed to so I am done for the week. YEA! It is my son's birthday today! He is now a THREE year old! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! And he is a cutie!

Okay, enough of the "backs".

Today should be fun. With my son's birthday, it will be a nice chill day. We are having biscuits and gravy for dinner (doesn't that sound WAY GOOD!) and then we bought him some fun little gifts. He was real challenge this year. He doesn't "need" anything, and when we asked what he "wanted", all we got was made up words of things. So we just bought some additional items to enlarge one of his toy sets.

I guess I best sign off for now. We need to pick up the house before my wife's meeting in about an hour.
