What a Wonder Life...

Today has been very fulfilling.
The kids were pretty good at school. I have to cut them some slack because they are so excited for the holiday and all. I just appreciate all my students so much. It breaks my heart when I see kids wasting their education. They are given such a gift in this country. I just wish they could see what they have. But...I guess that is part of my job. To help them see and understand what they have and appreciate it!

This evening was our music studio bi-annual recital. It went so well. I am very proud of my voice students. All four of them did fantastic! Way to go ladies! All the piano students did really, really, well too! Thanks to all the families that came and supported your child and also thanks to all those who came and simply supported the performers!

I am now watching a movie with my little family, so I am going to sign-off and enjoy!

Later...

  1. I couldn't agree with you more on kids who waste their education. I've got a kid in my class write now whose whole attitude seems to be, "I dare you to try to teach me anything." He is bent on proving to the world just how 'not smart' he really is.

It really is heartbreaking to have students who are so apathetic toward helping themselves...
