Finally, The Weekend...

Holy Busy Week!
This week has been very busy! I can't hardly keep up with life any more. I have felt completely exhausted the last few days, and I am not quite sure why. I have had a great week teaching, however. I only had one day that was a downer. I laughingly told a fellow teacher that "Today, I just really don't want to be a teacher!" I knew the day would pass and I was right. The rest of the week was great. I have a wonderful class this year.

A few days ago, I sent a letter to the president of Scholastic Books, Judy Newman. I let her know of the issues our school was having with placing orders (both as teachers and parents). I received an e-mail with-in 24 hours and that was followed today by an actual phone call. It was nice to share and discuss the problems and discuss solutions. Scholastic is a great company.

Well, the kids are wanting to play UNO and drink hot cocoa. So I am going to sign off for now.
