What Is Wrong With Me?
I did find some great success in my Masters Class. I don't know if I posted about having to re-write my paper (I am pretty sure I did), but I was able to get the re-write done and submitted. I also was able to submit my second article review. It is a nice feeling to move forward through all the requirements and assignments of this program and know that I only have a few more short weeks before I am completely done.
On a upside, yesterday was a very productive day! With the temperatures in the high 60's, our family spent a great portion of the day outside cleaning up flowerbeds, tilling the garden plot, weeding the yard, and playing some hoops (after I packed the dirt down again with the trooper). We ended the evening by going up to my parents house and enjoying some pizza and playing the Wii.
The time change put a kink in the chain though. When we got home and turned the clocks ahead, the kids were an hour late for bed...lol. I had meetings that started at 7pm so being up a 6am (a.k.a 5am), has made me tired today. However, because the temperature is again in the mid-60's, we are going to go on a nice family walk today. I am very excited about that!

You'll find your groove...and this Daylight Saving thing is kicking my trash. Still awake and I need to be getting up in about 4 hours...ugh!ReplyDelete
Yeah it's been warm here too and it's great. Still have some colder moments, and still have to kick the heater on some but once the sun is up and hits the bay window area of my work space, it warms up just right in my area. I'm so ready for winter to be over.ReplyDelete
I'm glad you have had a productive weekend and that things seem to be smoothing out for you. You know when the fall rolls around and you are starting school with the kids, you will be lost without your master's classes - lol. You have been in classes since about the time we met or maybe right before, so it's part of you now. Of course the new baby will help divert some of that too. See you in class - maybe not today but tomorrow for sure - Mrs. E :)

Where will the adventure take you next?
What's wrong with you?? You have 5 children who are constantly demanding your attention. A pregnant wife who wants your attention. A classroom full of 6th graders who want your attention, and whether you like it or not, master's classes that take up any free time you may have left. :) Love you sweetheart. :)ReplyDelete
