I know that I should be doing cartwheels and all that, but I have to say that I am not really that excited that school is out. I really do working with my students. I made them a video that showed scenes from the year. In there I made the statement: "I really do like you. You see, I'm a teacher. It's my duty and responsibility to teach you".
After the kids left, my wife helped me to finish all my paperwork and move the last of the "junk" from the corners. (I have to completely empty my room because they are installing new carpet- hopefully before Aug.!!!!) So, I am actually completely done at school. Yea Me!
I did some research and blogger.com said that many bloggers are reporting the same problem I am. I hope to see a resolution soon.

CHEER ME ON- I WILL NEED IT! I will be reporting on my exercise program. (See top right side year). The district is doing a competition on being healthy. I can earn 3 points per day. 1 point for 20 minutes of exercise, 1 point for drinking half my body weight in water - 20% (LOTS OF WATER), and eating 5 serving of fruits and vegetables. There will be prizes. I am excited to do this -not for the prizes, but for the chance to get into a routine. Well, back to my master's stuff.
It seems to be working now for me at least. Good luck with the routine and all. Sorry the box didn't get there in time. Kind of upsets me. I'm sure the kids will miss you too even though they won't admit it to anyone - but alas - you have the video and other things to remember them by - E :)
