Tomorrow Is The Day...

Well, tomorrow morning (or today by the time you are reading this) that I drive to the hospital and have my throat scoped. My doctor wants to rule out throat cancer as I don't have the signs of a hernia or acid reflux. At first I was a little worried, but (and I think this is due to my blood pressure medication) I hadn't thought much of it. I have talked to several men in town who experience the same thing and so that helps to reduce the worry even more. I think the only part that I am truly worried about is being sedated. I have NEVER been in a hospital as a patient before and I am NOT even remotely looking forward to it. But, at least by this time tomorrow it will all be over and we will be home and ready to enjoy the rest of the week.

Master's classes are kicking my butt! I am getting really tired of trying to read 60+ pages for each class each week not to mention all the papers that have to be written. I guess my frustration comes from the fact that EVERY administrator I have talked too has said that the level of writing be required isn't useful nor truly helpful once they had a job. One administrator told me that the only really writing she does is a newsletter and notes to parents- lol. Guess there is some good reason for all of this. Time will tell.

Well, it is getting late and I am tired. The weather has actually been warmer the last few days- the new layer of snow is melting and our road looks like it did a couple of posts ago (the 1800's post) and will hopefully be dry again before too long.
