Okay! I want to know who stole my February! Seriously, where did February go? The month is already half over and I don't think I know what hit me. Ah well, such is life.
School this week was interesting. I seemed to have had a week of grouchiness, but I seem to have moved on from that as well. My body is finally showing the bruises from my fall on Tuesday. I have some neat black and blue spots. The good news is that I am not very sore any more. Yea for the small things!
We received word from my sister-in-law that they lost their little one. Our prayers are with them as they continue through this trial. There are no words that can express what they must be feeling, but the knowledge of the gospel and the opportunity to be a forever family will hopefully be an anchor for their family during this time. We love you and our thoughts are with you.
The winter Olympics have been wonderfully fun to watch and enjoy. I hope that everyone will take the opportunity to watch and cheer for their respective county. We a great experience for the world to come together and celebrate the hard work of their competitors.
I had a wonderful date with my wife tonight. We went to the Elder's Quorum mini-date night. It was nice to visit and laugh and enjoy time alone (albeit it was with like 10 other couples-lol). We had a good time dancing, bowling, playing board games, and winning in the ring toss.
Well, off to bed, it is late!
Later...
Sorry to hear about your sister-in-law's loss. I can sympathize with her. Is this the one that just moved out to the east coast? If so, it could have been any number of reasons. I know you and your family will be very loving and supportive. Our prayers for all.
ReplyDeleteGlad the bruising and soreness is dissipating.
Glad you had fun for "date night" and enjoyed some time with you wife. Hope you have a wonderful valentine's day and see you in the postings - E :)
